Mr Johnson 11-16-03, 01:20 PM Some of you may have wondered why Mr Johnson hasn't done *anything* he had planned for this summer wrt mods. Well, here's the answer. The Lexus is gone and it's been replaced with this. Mr Johnson 11-16-03, 01:21 PM Oh... Did I mention that the Lexus I sold was the 94 ES300?!? :p camtrek 11-16-03, 01:22 PM Originally posted by Mr Johnson Oh... GS4fun 11-16-03, 01:38 PM You kidder you! :D Lubs 11-16-03, 01:43 PM I love the Marauder. 300 horses, RWD and LSD makes for fun. I like the look too, big chrome tips, blacked out everything, 18s stock. It just needs some tinting. It's quite rare up here in Canada, but it is a bit pricey. Letsride 11-16-03, 02:57 PM Good one Mr J..:D 1loudlex 11-16-03, 03:09 PM Damn did you scare me on that one.. Since you live down the street you can use my ES 300 still and i can take any of the two of your hands cause I know you dont want to drive them..;) Richie 11-16-03, 03:13 PM You had me going there for a second!!!!:eek1: LB Lex 11-16-03, 03:19 PM Originally posted by Mr Johnson Oh... IAMNVS. :) DaveGS4 11-16-03, 04:34 PM Oh man.... you had me. :D bitkahuna 11-16-03, 05:39 PM Mr. Johnson you are a d*ck. :D And I mean that in the nicest possible way... LOL. Anyway, CONGRATS. How's the Marauder? I'd really like to know your impressions. Seems like a great value, but I wonder how fast is it and how does it handle? I'm sure it's a lot of fun to drive. LXOGOOD 11-16-03, 05:53 PM Mr. J. I'm sure you know this by now but they do make a supercharger for that car too. While at Sema this year, they had one all fixed up and I was chatting with some guys about the accessories they have out. All I can say is why not have another car pushing over 450 ponies... ;) Great cruiser you picked.. Mr Johnson 11-16-03, 06:54 PM Thanks everyone! What attracted me to was that it reminded me of my first car (1980 Impala) and the fact that it's a great cruiser, it's big, it has a nice stock exhaust note, and finally the incentives on these cars are just ridiculous. As some of you have noted, there are mods available (which played in the decision) but I did have to agree to not mod it for a while. :o Once I've had a chance to break it in and "play" on some familiar roads I'll be sure to post my thoughts. Hmmm.... Will tomorrow be a black day or a white day? airtrackk 11-17-03, 12:39 AM I did have to agree to not mod it for a while atleast do rims other than that:thumbup: Aristor 11-17-03, 08:21 AM Originally posted by Mr Johnson Oh... Picture it: I cruise with the windows down, hand hanging out the window, hat down low, sitting skrunched down in the seat, as I go 5 MPH through the western suburbs! LOL!!!! Can't wait for summer! |
