seen it before. he did a really good job, but you guys thinking that rear end looks real? it looks a little off to me, could be better, but even then, its still unbelievable.
you know, im all for people doing those crazy *** conversions to their cars, just as long as they can back it up with power. Whats the point of probably putting 100k into making a car look like an F50 for it to still drive like an NSX... its pointless.

The F50 was around $450,000 when it was brand new in 95. Since rarity has its value, the price skyrocketed and now an F50 is worth anywhere from $900,000 to $1.3 million. So if he got the NSX for $90k and dropped $100k making it look like an F50, he still got a F50 look-a-like with some speed to match for under $200,000. Compared to the $1million+ of real F50s, this is a steal. I myself view the F50 as the greatest car EVER made and I can totally agree with the logic of this guy. If I were in his place and had his money I would do the same.
On closer observation I have noticed that two things give this replica away... 1. The shape of the headlights 2. The door handle's position (iF50s are horizontal not vertical). Overall I give it a big because Im sure it fools most of the novices. And thats just what replicas are about. Good ones (like the ones made from Fiero bodys) fool about 95% of ppl and this is great quality... I wish they would show some interior shots though. It would be interested to see what they did.

Uhh, he still has a replica. Means it won't be worth jack. It is NOT a Ferrari. I would NEVER do this to a NSX. I guess Honda owners have no limitations to how much Rice they can cook.
You build a replica off a replica kit or a Fiero. NOT A NSX!!! A NSX is quite an outstanding car. Why?
just becuz its nsx based doesnt mean anything. actually yea it means a wasted nsx. you can make a fast kit car with a tube chassis and a northstar v8 as well
So.t's fiberglass? It looks like he made a 'buck' and then pulled molds for fiberglas parts.... too bad, because the NSX body is aluminum.
Didn't fool me for a second. The proportions are a bit off, but overall it looks like a good job with fit & finish.
You've got to respect the amount of work involved.
I hope he added a supercharger or a couple of turbochargers. It would suck to drive that around and get smoked by a GS400!
