Back when the RX300 first came out, my dealership had little stickers inside it and the ES300 loaners that said "rent for $40/day." I have not seen them in the loaners for quite some time now. I know my dealership does not give out cars, under any circumstance, to drivers under 21 years of age.
If you have a lexus or know someone that does, you can arrange to have service done to your lexus the weekend of prom. Hehe then you get a free loaner for the weekend.....

I get either ES or RX for loaners with my SC430, I thought they give those to most people since they have the most of them. What do you get if it's your IS going in for service ? Something less than a Lexus ?

nonono, no matter what you drive to lexus dealership, you get es or rx for loaners almost always. SOME dealership have is3 has loaners, but that's it
i drove in with my is and drove away with the rx.
and i drove in with my sc430 and gs4, i drove away with the es... damn
that's why i said it depends on what lexus you own -- it might not be a benefit
I was thinking about getting an ES330 or RX330 for prom this year and was wondering if Lexus dealerships rent out loaner vehicles?
I know I'd have to have my parents sign it and all, but I just need to know if they loan them out for non-service related customers.
thanks!

Unfortunately no. All Lexus Loaner vehicles are for service customers only. Even if you were to rent a car, you are not old enough to rent one unless you are 18 years of age and your vehicle is going into a body shop for replacement rental purposes being paid for by your insurance company. Other than that, the minimum age requirement for a regular car rental is 25 and 21 for some rental agencies. Even if your parents sign for a rental and let you drive it, you would qualifiy as an "Unauthorized Driver". The rental contract would be null and void if they let you drive it with or without them in the vehicle. If you get pulled over by law enforcement or get into any kind of traffic accident, the car would be impounded and your parents would have alot of explaining to do with the rental company. I workend in rental before and we always had the high school kids call in for mustangs and such. As soon as we found out it was for prom, we refused to rent them the vehicle due to liability, terms & conditions.
