i am considering getting a G35c and im wondering.. my friend has one and said that when u turn.... and let go of the steering wheel, it doesnt straighten out? it just stays turned? is this a part of "active steering" because to me it just seems stupid.
the steering doesnt feel any different,, i dont think it will even bother you.... get the car, its awesome, i love mine......... ill be posting some new pics with my new mods sometime this weekend,,,,,,, look for them

i see a lot of nice and shiny black stuff in your sig. looking forward to the new pix.
i drove one a while back and i really enjoyes it, the car is fast in my opinon, but i had a automatic model, and i felt the steering was tight, couldnt go to fast because a cop was nearby and traffic, but the G35's are nice, especially in red or black
Yes it's a relatively tighter steering wheel, I never really noticed this until I saw this thread, the steering wheel actually does straighten out itself if you are making a relatively fast & sharp turn, but needs some help from the driver to straighten out if its a slow turn.

ah, thanks for clarifying. i forgot the feel already, but is it tighter than the sc430?
Refer to my thread I started at G35 Driver.com. If you don't own a Lexus GS/ES/LS, etc... then get it. If you do own a Lexus and considering a coupe, then the G35 coupe will dissapoint you.
i own both cars and i personally am not dissappointed, yeah there may be rattles, the interior is not that of the highest quality, but for the price you dont have any better options.

I would say it's slightly tighter than that of the SC430, & the steering wheel of the SC430 won't return fully to the straight position by itself in a slow turn too . . .
