I think there is a bit more to this though. Notice during the video that the car of the guy on foot has a large dent in the rear driver's side door! Maybe an accident gone bad? The most rediculous thing was the a-hole cop!!! Pulls up, takes his time getting out of the car, and what's the first thing we see him really do?
