I have taken my ride more than twice the speed limit in NYC about 125 on the grand central from astoria to the jackie robbinson

Somewhere around 110-115 on Rt 6 in cape cod while totally beating the crap out of an audi A4. I recall being completely flabergasted as to how fast the car accelerated to that from 80 or 85 mph, and also by how it seemed to want to go faster... as if it had by far more oomph left. And I'm sure it did, with a track speed of 150 mph.

I maxed out (140 mph) my es a few years back...thats when i had balls of course. :)

Leaving the Mexican border there's a stretch of highway where I know the only officials are Border Patrol. If I had a radar detector I would have exceeded 125 mph but cars were just flying by too fast.

That stretch near Laredo is almost perfect. However, have had to be more careful south of the border. The myth you can speed in Mexico is disappearing and the Federal Police here have radar guns.

At 40 years old I do tend to worry about spending nights away from the wife and kids so I don't ever race ............ until last Friday night BABY!! A Toyota Spyder was to my right at a light and I had some idea that he'd take off on green but I hesitated until I heard him hit the gas and then I did too. My first race and I won. How very exciting. Gotta tell you, I did not feel like I was 40 when I made it to the entrance ramp first! I know it wasn't a completely fair race but it's one in the win category. 1-0 Love my GS. :woohoo:

143 pulling higher & split a timing belt. That was last winter tho. I got lots more power now... Whenever I put it all back together hah.

I don't really remember how fast I have taken the SC300... probably only 125 or so... the ES300 I hit 125 on my testdrive after leaving the dealership and haven't really had the need to get up that fast again...

My old TSi I had up to 157mph tho. There's a good story that goes along with that one, but I don't think I want to incriminate myself haha

140 till i felt the tires wobble so i let go of the gas lol

160 is the fastest an SC300 will go up to. The suspension was very tight and the ride was very bumpy. The "check engine light", "low oil level light", and "low oil pressure" light began to flash at the same time.

slowly got up to 120, without flooring, i dont like to dog my sc, only 50 made in 97/ blk/blk 5speed :)
