i decided to start up a thread to see who thinks will win?

i looked @ espn.com and about 56% think that USC will win.

i have to go for USC, gotta go with the West Coast team, plus there's a guy from the "619" reppin' in the game, he should have a monster game tonight! :thumbup:

2 top notch teams. But my cash goes on USC. Very hard to go against 34 straight wins. Plus, this team has been in the high pressure situations and have come out on top. I think intangables like that will decide this game.

I'll be the first dissenter. Texas by less than 7.

USC has won 34 straight sure, but Vince Young is not experience-less. Remember his breakout 5 TD bowl game last year. Also Texas has performed better against a tougher schedule this season than USC, and this USC team is most certainly not as good as last year's USC team. Those who think USC will blow out will be mistaken IMO.

I read somewhere that the mark of this USC season was REggie Bush's 513 total yard game against Fresno State, but remember they pretty much needed EVERY yard to pull that game out. Others say the benchmark point was the 4th and 9 against ND, remember, without that conversion they wouldn't be anywhere near Pasadena tonight.

but i don't think it'll be a blowout but a very well played game on both sides. the BCS got it right actually for a change for any controversy... aren't these two teams the only undefeated teams this season?
