Heard about this yesterday, I bet he STILL gets drafted. Drafted late, but drafted.

You would think any other college student would need to sell his BMW 745i to cover that $10,000 bond, but I bet brother Michael has already picked up that tab. :egads:

I agree that if he is drafted it will be a late round. He has a lot of potential but he has a huge downside, and his actions are speaking volumes about his character. It seems as though he feels he shouldnt have to play by the rules, and I think once he goes to the NFL he will be in for a rude awakening. But the way he is going he wont make it near the NFL

I can't see him being drafted after this latest incident. The kid's an obvious head case and ego-maniac. I say if he really did brandish the weapon give him 2 years and let him be Bubbas *****. :p

I agree that he needs to see jail time. Maybe that can straighten him out. Either way, he won't last in the NFL if he keeps this up, he'll be out with his first infraction given his previous record.

He'll be a perfect candidate for the NFL. Half of THEM don't play by the rules either. Look at what we've had just in the last few weeks alone....spitting, punching, sex orgies on boats, drug charges, gun assaults, foul language, slander, DWI's..............I could go on and on.

I don't know. The NFL is still far from perfect, but I do think they are making good strides on being less tolerant of this type of behavior.

My feeling......if he's not incarcerated, he'll get passed over in the draft.

Dag the kid got potential but keep messing up. He needs to grow up some.

I agree, he has really hurt his draft chances, but someone, late rounds, will probably be willing to take a chance on him. Look at how many chances they gave Phillips until they finally just gave up.

I wonder what the heck he was thinking? Was he holding somebody up for their Big Mac? They should call him The Hamburglar.

Stick a fork in him. Hes done. I doubt he will be drafted and if he does it will be rediculously low. Some sort of training camp will be a perfect fit for him. He will have to get in the hard way. But the NFL is not just about skill and talent, they also look at how you conduct yourself off the field, even though there are a lot of mishaps going on now with certain players. But none as serious as what Marcus has been doing. Drug charges, DWI's, trying to intentionally injure someone(which is just crazy), Possesion of a weapon and much more. He racked up more criminal offenses than probably anyone in the NFL the past year. Hell, Terrel Owens got the boot the entire season for mouthing off and starting fights(and a few other things), what you think the NFL is going to do to Marcus Vick if he continues doing what he is doing!!??

Believe me, he's not done.

He went from 1/2 next year to 3/4 this year to 6/7 round or undrafted signee. Someone will take a chance on this kid.

It's unfortunate to watch his career slowly flush down the tubes.
