That's a terrible feeling. Multimillionaire or not. I had my Range stolen last May, rims and all. I can usually find humor in anything, just not this. Perhaps because the incident is still fresh in my mind I can't laugh. Interesting pics though.

Sorry to here what happened LexLaw... I guess this goes to show that we all should have wheel locks on our vehicles.... :uh: Damn that sucks to wake up to that...

wheels locks or no wheel locks... if they know what theyre doing theyll have your wheels... and usually if they cant get them or something they are likely to be destructive and cause some damage.

There are a couple of ways to deter a thief from stealing your rims.

1. lowering your car to the point that they cannot jack it up. (basically slam it)
2. writting a note and information about yourself and putting it inside of the tires when having them mounted onto the rims.

Edit : I don't see why you find a person that just got his rims stolen to be hilarious...
They probably cost over 5grand.

What's crazy is I actually would slam the Range at night when visiting someone. I had manual control of the EAS in my truck, but apparantely someone flatbedded it. There wasn't even broken glass.

Chea, she did have some jumpoffs. I would have forgotten Eva Langoria that day If I were him.

Those rims are unique. The Miami Vice will find the perps.

That sucks.

I watched "The First 48" tonight and they were in Miami. A guy was murdered for drugs and then the wheels were stolen off his 350Z. Suspect said, "thats how were feed our families."

Too bad, but I have a feeling Dwayne Wade can afford another set of wheels :)

Even though that is chump change to him. i bet here was still upset though. Think about this, your the man one minute & get your rims jacked the next. I remember when Fat Joe was down here and one of his boys had on that bid ol' " TS" chain on. That ***** was blingin'. I'm surprised nobody jacked him for it with all those crack heads down there.

lol... why do you even lock the car? Even better, leave the keys in and insurance papers as well.
Since, if they want it, they will steal it anyway... right?

And dont lock your front doors! Leave it open, and put up the signs leading to your valuables. Because you know, if you close them, they might get mad, and destroy something :-).

Seriously though, if you want to keep something, protect it. Simple car alarm with radar and pager would have helped, as well as wheel locks. Nobody likes getting caught. It is really not funny, but you spend thousands on your car, and then have attitude like that - it only helps criminals.
