This is how I'd rank the exteriors and interiors in the high end luxury class.

Exterior:

1) S550: 9
2) A8: 8
3) LS460: 6
4) 750i: 4

Interior:

1) LS460: 8
1) A8: 8
3) S550: 7
4) 750i: 6

(I'm not a BMW hater btw... I think the 3 series is the best looking car in its class.)

GO WHEEL-ARCHES!! I have see it in person b/c I think the A8 looks better.
The A8 with 2 second places, a solid showing. though to really BREAK THROUGH in America, they need to be #1.
The Ls interior is pretty much perfect. The exterior maybe bold for a LS, but still not avant-garde.
The 7 is a mess inside and out, period.
My rankings.

Can't really decide between LS & S until I get to examine them in person. I prefer front of S,but LS wins in side view & the back, I hate the new S's rear :thumbdn: Don't care for the wheel arches either.

Again, maybe able to choose between the LS &A8, S & 7 after I get to see the LS & S interior in person.

S looks expensive on the outside, but not beautiful. 7 looks like an mess overall. Audi looks great, but understated. Lexus... I will have to wait to see it in person., pics look good...

The S will be more eye-catching because it's design is more distinctive, but not necessarily aesthetically pleasing to me from the pics. I'll have to see it in person.

I think the 3 series is the best looking car in its class.
Definately the exterior is worth it. The body of the new 3-Series is more aggressive than ever. You know that car when you see its front on your rear-view mirror, and you know that car when it quickly passes you by.

The interior however is too traditional with no sense of signature style. It's pretty static, which is unparallel to the exterior design. It lacks the technological touch; the futuristic lines that should show where BMW is headed.

As for "Family Style", the new Lexus Finesse definately gains a lot of design respect, both exteriorly and (to a lesser extent) interiorly. Too bad Lexus Finesse doesn't do itself justice with photos: the cars look much better in person.

Middle luxury class(Very tough one, all look extremely good)
550i>RL>GS430>M45>E500>A6

Entry luxury class:

i love the bmw styling personally and since the new ls and and bmw look so similiar in MY opinion i have to go with the lex and i really dont like the new s550 so the a8 wins

from these four cars.....bmw is a big loser cause ...bad interior and exterior ...#4 in both segments

audi...very clean exterior but the interior is too bond like with the way the nav screen pops up....i think its sibling vw phateon has a better and more luxurious interior appointments. audi gets a #2 in both categories

benz....talk about taking very ounce of sportiness from the car...now it looks like a maybach shrunk...the interior is a enhanced version of the bmw so....benz gets a #3 in segments

now, just because i won a lexus im not saying this but the lexus gets the number one in both segments,....if the previuos lexus was in the comparison i think the audi would have got the first place but the new lexus is just so nice to look at and i bet it would a charm to drive one!!!
