Maserati Launches New Limited-Edition Model of the GranSport Coupe
GENEVA — The Maserati GranSport MC Victory will get its official debut later this month at the Geneva Motor Show and will hit the market in May, with only 180 numbered units produced, the company said.
Maserati said the limited-edition coupe, with its emphasis on appearance features, was created to celebrate winning the 2005 FIA GT Manufacturers' Cup. On the exterior, the car is defined by its blue carbon front and rear spoilers — and the Italian flag embedded in the side panels, a feature taken from the Maserati MC12. The front splitter of the Maserati GranSport MC Victory was redesigned to guarantee more air load at high speeds.
The cabin is outfitted with blue carbon-fiber trim and carbon-fiber racing seats.
