Looks more or less like a computer-enhanced hand-drawn sketch....and really doesn't look a whole lot different from the present S2000. But....good heavens, look at those rubber-band tires. If that drawing is anywhere near accurate, that thing is going to have the ride of a go-kart ( maybe with handling to match ) and near zero pothole impact protection for the wheels.

That think looks tiny. It's more like the next generation Honda Beat rather than a new S2000.

Well, it would make at least some marketing sense. The 35K S2000 effectively fills the gap in the open top roadster / 2-seater sports car market between the 20-25K Miata / Solstice / Sky entry-level class and the 40-50K and up Corvette / Boxster class.

Looks honestly more conservative than the current one... not very many lines at all (besides those doors... what's with that these days?)

I wouldn't put too much money into it.

Probably just another picture a kid drew when he fantasized it in his basement

I didn't think they could make the S2000 look any blander. Looks like I was wrong.

Honda needs to get the team that designed the recent TL to work their magic on the rest of their car lineup.

I agree. I' ve actually considered getting one & would probably have had the interior not felt too confining for me.

Pretty much like a Miata except with slightly more interior space ( not much ), a lot more power from an extremely high-RPM VTEC engine, and a few race-car touches like a red starter button and a digital speedometer.

From my understanding the S2000 or any replacement is not happening. The current car wasn't even to be sold this long.

Like I told Henry, though, it would make good marketing sense. The S2000 fills the gap very neatly between the entry-level roadsters like the Miata, Solstice, and Sky and the more expensive Boxster, Corvette, etc.....
