looks like he's using the rod millen is430 as a guideline (from where the radiator support was cut), cant wait to see the finish of this project

I remember that tuner he made some seriously SICK Toyota MR2s. Turbo rockets and he won best tuner car ever for his V6 Supercharged MR2, it won every single category, handling, braking, power, looks ,etc.

Why not just turbo the motor instead of going through all of the work of adding the V8?

Something unique I guess. If you have the resources why not?? Cant beat the torque and smoothness of the V8.

This gets my respect. I often thought about doing a swap of V8 into my RX300, but that would take too much work, but it would be way better than turbocharging.

well a stock v8 engine is 18/23. even with my mods i am getting around 15/20. so unless he does a complete rebuild and everything very aggressive, i think it's not going to be that bad

i am interested in knowing what tranny it's going to use, and also about the ecu
