Ok LexusLady, you asked for it, here it is. What would you like to do with it?

Have some fun, that's what....

I've noticed that so many of you guys are undiscovered comedian's, and often I enjoy the back and forth silliness. This way we can do all that without irritating anyone who is just interested in the nitty gritty of owning a Lexus. I've been pleasantly surprised to see the range of ownership. So many young people, and I for one am pleased that the "stuffiness" stereotype associated with luxury car ownership, is just that, a stereotype!

For example Mr Brady - you and I started something about chauvinism, and I think joedoe101 didn't find it amusing!!!!!! :)

Charonne, how do you pronounce your name? Sharon, Shar-roe-n, other?

Yes, I remember the chauvenist posts but cannot remember where. Do you? I didn't see joedoe101's comments. I think its funny when someone get's upset over a minor political uncorrectness ;) I would like to read jj's post. Actually, the phrase "politically uncorrect" has been hijacked by bill maher who should actually call his show "Liberal's Politically Uncorrect". That guy is still in love with bubba bill and his partners in crime ala algore and hillary (small caps to show disrespect) and maher is still praying that GW will actually be stupid. Keep praying bill.

It's pronounced like plain old "Sharon" - My dad was from Belgium, hence the french spelling of the name!

Yup - I've been waiting for you to answer my question. Our posts were in the "Nav system, what's it good for?" thread. Hop on over, then come back here and fess up!!!!

Have to agree on the bill and hillary thing. Jeez, will those two never go away?????

Well, I'll be waiting patiently.......

Charonne, found it.

"'m 5'4", weigh about 132lbs have long, dark-brown hair, big green eyes, and get my fair share of cat-calls. How would I describe myself? I consider myself attractive, and I'm one of those very natural woman - yes, I shave the legs and stuff, but I don't wear make-up, and I live in jeans. I don't like anything false - no fake nails, no fake boobs - Just me the way the good Lord made me. I also speak with a foreign accent and that always gets them going...... But like most woman (I think), I'd rather be known for my non-physical attributes: intelligence, sense of humor, loyalty, etc.

So, what about you Mr jbrady? I know you're around the same age as me (39 /40). How would you describe yourself???????"

ME?
I am 6'0", 195lbs with a 32" waist, short brown hair (very thick with many white hairs showing up), blue/gray eyes. Even with the white hairs I still look young, on a recent plane trip a 50 something lady seated next to me asked me if I was looking forward to getting married and having children. She almost fell out of here seat when I told her I was 40 and my girlfriend is a grandmother. For fun I play with cars, my LS400 and my hot rod Thunderbird. I weight lift and can bench press 365lbs. I am also a black belt in Aikido. I am trying to play golf. Easier said than done ;)

PS. I like the way you describe yourself. Big green eyes are a favorite of mine. My girlfriend has brown eyes but her spirit more than makes up for that. The rest sounds good as well. Your husband is a lucky man. Regarding your driving talent, just going to driver school qualifys you in the top 5% of drivers on the road. I GUARANTEE you are a better driver than MANY men. Maybe their will be a Lexus meet near a track sometime and we can dual it out ;)

How about the physique? Do you have a six-pack?? And if so, how about posting some pics????? :D
I tried to bait Mike (mkilty) in another post, I think it was about "other hobbies and such", but he didn't go for it..... BUMMER!!

Six pack.... er, ah, eh... well I was 6.3% bodyfat 2 years ago after completing the EAS Physique Transformation contest but I am back up to about 12% and that is enough to cover 4 of the 6. Currently I am just OK by my standards but not too bad as I often get requests for advice on training at the gym if that gives you any idea. My girlfriend is doing the EAS contest right now, she is VERY lean her starting point is at an amazing 11% (for a woman) as measured at the hospital she works at on their electrical resistance bodyfat analizer. She is truely a SEXY grandmother. I guess I am gonna have to get with it and lean back up. It is tough avoiding good wine and fine food ;) Especially as I finally figured out how to steam lobster tails properly (lobster and melted butter are tough on the six pack). I have had the seared steak thing down for some time. Specs liquor store has a killer selection of Cabernet's and Merlot's at great prices, willpower, willpower, repeat... ;)

As far as the pics, I have my EAS pics from 2 years ago but I hate to post them on the NET they could end up anywhere and on any site.

1Sicklex,

You crack me up! Make it Killian's Red, and you're on! And let me tell you, you can be known for worse things than your Lexus, so you're doing well. :)

jbrady,

C & JB - I want in on this "dating service" thread!! LOL!! JB - when I get back to Houston, let's hookup & hit the gym. I'm partial to Bally's ( or whatever it is now ) because of the ladies - WOW!! Not much eye-candy at my hometown gym so I hang on my Bowflex alot here at the house. Hurt my back under a squat bar awhile back & had to give up golfing until it heals but liked Tour 18 there in Houston. Never studied Aikido ( that's Segal's discipline, right? ) - Tae Kwon Do man myself but like the looks of Aikido as it resembles true self-defense w/o alot of aggressive moves. Also need to get my bodyfat down - I just tell people I'm retaining fluid ( works for my wife!! ). C - U can't be a wrestling fan or U'd recognize 1Sick's vocabulary of the "Rock". Remember my statement of "Knowing my role & shutting my mouth?" - that's Rocky's too!! Probably not going to make N.C. this year as the bosses of the family ( wife & daughter ) have voted on DisneyWorld instead but thing change - will let ya know if we make it there so I can meet U & hubby.

Mean Gene,

Dating service - that's funny. More like a 900-number........

Not much into wrestling, and the only wrestling term I'm somewhat familiar with is "smackdown"????FWIW...

As far as "knowing your role", you know what they say: "Behind every successful man, there's a strong woman". In your - and my hubby's case - two (wife and daughter)!!!! What man would ask for anything more? :)

Sorry you're not making it up to NC this year, but definitely keep us in mind for the future....

MG, yeah, I have a Bally's membership myself. Let me know if you plan on being in H town and we can hit the Gym and maybe Houston Raceway Park. Yes, Segal does do Aikido. He does Ueshiba style and I do Tomiki style. Ueshiba is the father of Aikido "Ole Sensei" and Tomiki was his star student, the first that Ueshiba awarded 8th Dan Black Belt to. Ueshiba style is more reliant on pain whereas Tomiki style is more reliant on balance (the way the 2 forms are currently taught). Tomiki taught my Sensei Karl Geis in Japan. Karl was the only foreigner awarded 6th Dan by Tomiki. Karl is now 10th Dan and at 65, with 2 knee replacements, is able to EASILY defeat the 4 time all police Judo champion in Houston (did I say easily, VERY).

C, thanks for the comment, at 40 I will take all the compliments I can get ;)

Sounds delicious..... I'm rather partial to a fuzzy navel myself, and every now and then, sex on the beach!

If anyone's interested here's something I found at cocktail.com.

SEXY LEXY

11/2 oz Absolut Kurant vodka
1 oz Chambord
1 oz pink lemonade
1/2 oz fresh lime juice
fill sour mix

Shake and serve in a large Martini glass with a twist!

YUMM..... think I'm gonna give my local ABC store a visit :D

I want in on the dating service too...hahaha..
I am looking for a...ooops the g/f would kill me!

JB what gym do you work out at? I have been slowly trying to get back in shape...mainly basketball shape...I play in the Y league...I can't fly like I used to. but would like to get back to old form...

My goal was to dunk the ball but never could quite get it...I gave up about 9 years ago and decided at 5'7"-5'8" the NBA wouldn't be knocking at the door! hahaha
so I changed my goal to become a corporate Big Shot.

Gs400TRD, I have a membership at ballys and occasionally train with friends at the Q. Sub 6 footers in the NBA are rare BUT remember Spud Web? 5'6" and won at least one slam dunk contest with something over a 3 foot vertical leap (freakin frog).

BTW, are you running TRD parts on the GS? If so which ones? TRD offers a supercharger for the 3.0 V6 and the 4.5 I6 engines but no V8 apps at this time. I posted the link to the LS400 supercharger system from Japan in the LS forum but here it is again for those that are curious: http://www.cs-comrade.co.jp/topic.html

GS400TRD - Funny thing about dunking. I'm 5' 10" and still have that dream of dunking. I was close last summer. I started using the jumpsoles. After week 8 i was grabbing the rim from a standing jump. But i quit after that . Me and my friends quit playing basketball and went swimming all summer instead.

When it warms up i will try it again. But will not quit until i have reached my goal.

Jb,
only have the TRd brake PADs and shoulder pads right now I wanted to add the TRd strut brace and any other cool TRd stuff for the Gs...none yet...I am going to get the L-tuned Springs and Shocks from Steve sometime next month. and the SR HFI 2 soon after my 60k!! also should reach that sometime next month...

I used to go the Bally on 59 near Sugar creek. But haven't gone there in over 6 months. I think the Q is now a 24 hour fitness. I need to kill the carbs and the fat but I used to work at an internet company and they paid for Lunch and dinner...so it was tough to Avoid the Carbs hahaha. But now that I have to go back and work in the real world...I can watch what I eat.

Cool I was going to buy a pair of Strength shoes...my friend bought it was able to dunk in about 4 months...he is 5'9" and about 130....he was already able to fly but this helped...
I always needed a good running start to grab the rim...now I can't even touch the rim. I might buy the Jumpsoles, they seem to last longer and If I get tired of them, I can sell it to a friend.
