information from dealer on a few lexus products
i stopped into my dealer today to pick up information for my father regarding the new LS, and found out some things, whether they are true or not I do not know.
1) the ls600hL will have around 500hp. I did say to him the brochure says 430+, but he said last week we had a meeting and thats what they said, and also referred me to an article.
2) Lexus will be creating the HPX concept to go between the RX and GX. to compete with the Mercedes R-Class I assume?
3) The LX will be sequoia based, but the name change to JX isn't confirmed.
4) The picture we saw of the GT with the different headlights and lexus emblem is supposivly a supra or celica, as of the meeting last week the GT was supposed to be the same as the concept card, front end unchanged. I told him to look at autospies or here to see what I was talking about.
