SONOMA, Calif. — Which is real and which is the game?

At the Speed GT race at Infineon Raceway here, Johnny O'Connell will drive the No. 16 Cadillac CTS-V with special graphics to promote the Cadillac V-Series content pack for Project Gotham Racing 3 for the Xbox 360 gaming system.

The SCCA Speed World Challenge GT series race, held in conjunction with the NASCAR Nextel Cup Series at Infineon raceway, will run June 23-25.

"We are excited to see video game content continue to integrate into real-world racing," said Xbox Marketing Director Craig Davison. The CTS-V, the STS-V and the XLR-V virtually race against many of the world's exotic sports cars in the popular video game with a free downloadable content pack.

O'Connell and his Corvette Racing teammate Ron Fellows won five straight American Le Mans Series races at Infineon Raceway. Their most recent victory was in July 2005.

What this means to you: The lines continue to blur between video games and real-world racing.
