Needless to say fans of the Nissan Sentra have been less than enthusiastic about the styling of the next-generation model due out later this year. Maybe these latest spy photos of the 2008 Nissan Sentra SE-R will cheer them up a little. Even with the taped up front and rear ends it's clear the SE-R will get typical high-performance mods like a deeper front air dam, rear deck spoiler and extended sills. Bigger wheels and tires add some muscle to its stance, and just in case you're still in doubt about the authenticity of this prototype we added a close up of one of the heavy-duty brake calipers and its "SE-R" lettering.

Thats still an ugly car. I just dont like the exterior or the interior. I wonder whats under the hood.

Wait is this the next gen Prius??? Or is nissan just simply enthralled with the Prius' narrow & tall swepted back egg shape... :dunno:

Anyway its freakin frackin ugly.

well i guess coz' if they make it any bigger it would become the altima? :D and it has to kinda "follow" the altima and maxima footstep. so if you shrink an altima, wala!

I remember back when I was in high school in the early 90's, the Sentra was actually a semi-cool
car. Those were the days.

Wow the memories, here in LA they use to put the Centras (I think they were called) on them.
Those popular Momo five stars were very nice on this car as well (totally forget the name).
