They also park Smarts at angles down here in Mexico when a space is tight.
People also park bumper to bumper down here. I have so many nicks and scratches on my bumper, I don't even care anymore. My only concern is that someone does not box me in.

While I was in Paris, I saw a guy parallel park with only about 3 inches of clearance between the cars in front and back. Not once did he bump either of the cars! If only everyone in San Francisco knew how to park like that...
