Many car companies have promos where they offer you free stuff for taking a test drive. Anyone ever do this just for the freebies?
Usually it's nothing that special. But I got a letter recently in the mail from Maserati. It says if I test drive a Quattroporte, GranSport, or Coupe, I'll get a $100 gift cert to Smith & Wollensky (upscale steakhouse).
I've read the fine print and the deal looks clean. I definitely cannot afford to get a maserati, and I have no idea how I ended up on the list. But would you do the test drive just to get the dinner? Would you be honest with the salesman or fake that you might buy the car?

Free dinner aside, if I had the opportunity to drive one of those cars Id be all over it.

the times that i've test drove cars for the freebies it's mostly been for cash or a gift certificate some place. there was also the time i got a free ticket to hershey park. i even heard about one this past weekend that a dealership was giving away 2 plane tickets if you just test drove a car. i didn't make it over that way and it's probably for the best, i assumed they had some big catches as far as where you could go, when, etc. but don't get me wrong, you'll definitely be ok w/ doing it for the free things.
Yep agree with Adido. I also had an offer like this before. It was to test drive the new Suzuki Grand Vitara this year, and the freebie was a $50 gas card to Shell. I went to the dealership, didnt even test drive the car nor did I want to ( I dont think the dealership even knew about the special promotion). I showed the sales manager the paper, he signed it immediately and I walked out. LOL.
I say do not lie about why you are there. Just be courteous and truthfully tell them why you are there, and you should have no problem getting what you asked for. Thats my opinion.

There are many places where you can buy awesome deals on incentives.
Theres this one place that you can purchase 2 airline tickets to Hawaii, Las Vegas, ect for 24.97. Only thing is you gotta buy 25 of them whcih makes the grand total like 624.25 for 50 tickets.
My company here uses them as incentives for the employees.
This is Not spam by the way. lol

Stuff like free dinenrs, gas cards, ect are relatively easy to get for a fraction of the cost if you just look right.
