...but theres a catch. you can only see thumbnails unless I can get help from you guys!! i need help recovering full sized pictures from a formatted drive.

I got a new computer as a present and a friend was installing a XP pro into it for me. When he installed XP and formatted the whole computer, we forgot to unplug my hardrive (that we were testing and was plugged into the new computer) and it erased 3 years worth of pictures and just about everything else! (including pictures from TAS 07!)

I tried using Easy Recover Pro v6.04 (format recovery option) but it was only able to recover thumbnails (160x120 pixels) from the TAS pictures. Out of the 20 gigs it did recover, Id say only 1% or 2% were normal sized pics. I haven't tried other features of the program because I wasnt sure if they were gonna work: advanced recovery, deleted recovery, raw recovery, and resume recovery.

I need help from any one who may know what other program or how I might be able to recover full sized pictures from my formatted drive. I know it can be done because I have heard of people doing this. Once I get my pictures back - I will upload them all for you guys to see. All the pictures were taken with a Canon 30D and 580EX flash. I have some really great pictures on that hard drive =(. Any help will be appreciated.
