If given a choice of a new "F" performance model...what would you like to see next? What would be your 2nd and 3rd choices?

SC-F (next gen), then GS-F

If the IS-F is going against the M3, I guess the next logical step is for the GS-F to go against the M5  .

No F emblems on the SUV's please.

GS-F
LS-F
SC-F

And eventually, I would like to see all models with a F model.

I would really Like Lexus to do what Audi does, offer S and RS models.

But "h" and "F" models of each car. That would be superb.

2nd and 3rd choice? the poll only allows to select one.

my 2nd was the GS-F which I selected. My 3rd would be the SC-F. These two models are the most 'sporty' in line up after the IS. I don't see a reason to have the F for the rest of the lineup especially the LS.... IMHO, LS-F is not a good idea. Making the LS sporty would kill the brand for what a Lexus stands for.

I voted GS-F. Natural bias. :D

My second pick would be the SC, a year after the next redesign. That seems to be the industry trend. I would imagine the GS-F power-plant could be carried over.

Next... LS-F. V12 style. I like to dream.

After that... fast SUVs and FWD sedans don't really excite me. If the ES was AWD I would be more gung-ho. The RX could work and would address a market segment, but doesn't feed to my taste.

LS-F to me is the LS600h. If they do make an LS-F probably wont be for the next 3 years lol just use the LF-A engine and add some electric motors *drools* be like almost 600hp

I'm probably for the GS-F seeing it can compete against BMW M5 and Audi RS6, hopefully both if and when it does come out.

Now to turn the LS into a two-door coupe. It be a boat lol atleast it be the same size as the CL pretty much.

Isn't the SC-F the LF-A?

At least that's what I'm hoping for...

haha, i think i'm the first to vote for the LS-F. I don't know, I guess I just have a fascination with big high powered luxo sedans (i.e. Audi S8, AMG S55).

Honestly, I want to see a V12 biturbo LS-F.

Lexus isnt a true player yet if they dont have a V12 luxo limo.

Gojirra99

or a LS with a V12 + electric motor hybrid with next generation smaller batteries . . .

GS-F, and then an SC-F. Also would like to see an F version of the upcoming IS Coupe. As for an "F" version of the LS, I'm not so sure that would work well.

GS-F and then SC-F. The LS-F can wait, since the 600H is coming soon.

ES-F ALL THE WAY! It's a win-win for Toyota! One hand it can better differentiate the ES from Buick, on the other hand old people should be granted the right to have some fun from time to time, too!

What? You are saying Toyota can not build some FWD car that can compete with Honda's TL-Type S? No Way!

GS-F for me. Possibly an SC-F.

Is the -F more along the lines like AMG or //M? If it were more like AMG, I wouldn't mind it on all models, if it were more like the //M series, then I would only like to see it on certain cars, such as the GS/SC and not SUVs and the ES/LS.

They certainly can, the new Camry proves that. But note that Acura is rumoured to be using SH-AWD in their next TL. Due out a year after the new Accord which should arrive this fall. Putting down over 300 hp in a FWD sedan = lots of torque steer.

SC-F would be for next gen SC... So I would pick LS... but then again, LS600h is coming too....

so it is between LS-F and GS-F....

I dont really care, wouldnt buy either.... h versions are tempting though

GS-F, then SC-F ........
This is assuming that the LF-A is already a done deal right?
A V12 bi-turbo LS-F would be cool too but a little further down the line...built to order maybe?

no F model SUVs, and If Lexus even consider a FWD ES, Camry based F car I swear I will hunt down the engineer that proposed the idea.

How a bout a small mid engined rwd convertible/coupe Lexus? then we could have an F version of that too.

The SC is due for a replacement, so I wouldn't bother.

A GS-F would be cool, but Lexus is marketing the GS450h as a "performance" car, so it'll need to have an M5 level of horsepower to be a legitimate option.

The LS600h pretty much has the luxury market covered, unless Lexus wants a mega-horsepower LS that goes head-to-head with the Mercedes S65. Lexus is too conservative to even attempt this... (I'm NOT a hater or doubter, just stating the sad reality)

What Lexus needs is a flagship sports car (LF-A) and coupe and hard top convertible versions of the IS. The 3-series has all the bases covered, and the new C-Class is on the way and has the CLK variant.

Is anybody over at Lexus listening? :uh:

GS-F needs to have 550hp. 600hp to be safe -- I'd get one.
SC-F needs to look like a beast. A raped ape just to be safe -- I'd get one.

LS-F (LS600lh?) needs to be the ultimate in luxury and power. We're talking about tidal waves of torque and finesse. I'd surely get one!

But realistically? I voted for GS-F just so it brings more folks on board. I wouldn't be crazy to say that the E55 and M5 attract the best kind of car enthusiasts -- ones with money, wisdom, and a kids heart. :) :D
