Cool, but those guys driving the vehicles sounded like true asshats. I probably would have hit that Lexus considering he was looking for an accident.
Yeah, I hope this article finds it's way to the right people at Lexus/Toyota. Evasive action to avoid pictures is fine, but over-aggressive dangerous driving to protect an already camo'd vehicle is over the top.
New gen hybrids, considering they didn't hear a damn thing? Maybe they are giving the rest of the hybrid lineup the new LS hybrid battery pack treatment?
in vancouver, you can call the non-emergency police line and tell them about irratically driving vehicles and the cops will come and do something about it (mostly because we have a lot of issues with how people drive around here) ... it would have been entertaining to call in those 3, just for the entertainment factor - 'yea there are these 2 cars completely covered in black canvas and an IS350, driving on such-and-such st like absolute morons, they're going to cause an accedent' - lol
Interesting...these are probably mules for who knows what.
Indeed. It's almost impossible to tell what those cars were due to the heavy camo. The compact's odd rear extremity was either an open hatch, a wing or an addition to the camo to throw off people trying to guess the car. Who knows, it could even be a hi-po next-gen Matrix .
The midsize CUV looks definitely like a current gen RX ... but it's completely covered up, which could mean it's testing some new exterior parts, and/or it could be a technical/mechanical mule.
