They made three concepts and are telling people to vote online as to which one they like the best. So far the Groove is killing the other two.
Why do all the companies insist on making these weird looking cars. Me personally, I wouldn't wanna take a dump into one of these, never mind driving them. Why can't anyone design compacts like the 5th gen Civic anymore?

the "beat" looks like a fit with a shorter wheel base.
Saw them at the New York auto show. All 3 of them looked horrible. :thumbdn:
They looked like matchbox toys.

Does anybody see a strong similarity between the Beat and the Smart for Two?

mmarshall,
I saw the similarity immediately. We have had Smart down here since the turn of the century and every time someone comes out with a microcar, somebody says, look "un clono smart" or "Smart Sr."

Funny the Honda Fit in Japan is the Honda Beat.
I like the beat the most.
The Trax still reminds me of those things that are in "Batteries Not Included"

I think they're kinda cool. Obviously, it's not something that I would feel entirely safe in, though. But it's nice to finally see a shift in thinking.... away from gas munching SUV's, to something more sensible.
I lied it's the Honda Jazz not Beat.
