Here, it's not really worth it to sell your car yourself even if you can sell it for more to a private party, as you only pay sales taxes on the difference between the new car value & trade-in value of your old car. I don't need the hassle of having to answer inquiries & take people out to test drives . . .

Thats why you have your car rigged with C-4 so something like that happens you blow it up and with the person stupid enough to steal it. Not all insurance companies would let you do it though
