Well it might seem funny for me to be writing this because...well...I am a kid. That is why the title has the SOME kids in it. Well I am finally a senior and the previous seniors just graduated. We decided to mess with them a bit and throw water balloons at them during the senior assembly last week. We only have one week of school left so all of the senior spots are open. Well there have been rumors going around that the old seniors are going to be egging all the cars that are in the lots these last few days of school...Hasn't happened yet.

I decided to park in the B lot today which is closest to the school. The parking lot was jam packed. During 3rd period I walked outside to go get my Zune for my next class. As I am walking to my car I see my friends 03 G35 keyed about 4 inches down the side of it. So I run back into the school and tell him but he doesn't believe me. He goes outside and checks and sees that i'm telling the truth. He didn't really think anything of it but he was pissed.

Next stop is lunch. We decided to hit up the local grocery store for lunch today. We go out and see a police car. We are all wondering what the hell is going on. We see another one of my friends (a junior) with the police officer filing a report. We go look at his car. Both sides are keyed to all hell. We go to my other friends car...Same thing..Next car...same thing...next one same thing. This went on until we saw two peoples tail lights busted out and a couple windows busted out. By this time i'm basically ****ting my pants hoping my car is ok. We get to my car and it is just about the only one in the lot not messed up! I feel so relieved, but I also feel really disgusted.

To me, vandalism is one of the worst things in the world. Why ruin somebodies hard earned property? Does that make you feel cool or something? The people that did this are going to get caught (cameras, etc) and are going to get ****ed...They did well over 10k in damage.

Why can't some people just grow up?

 

Sorry to hear that that kinda **** happens to people at your school and your friends. I too would be freaked out if I started seeing that occur! I just graduated from HS a few weeks ago, and thankfully vandalism (at least of cars) is a non-issue on school property.

Some kids just let things go too far. Admittedly though, why would you throw water balloons at the senior class?! Are ya jealous cuz we're outta here?!

When i was in highschool a few years back, they had a security gaurd at the gates to the student parking lot, IE if you wanted to get in, you had to go through the checkpoint. Just be glad they didn't touch you're car.

 

Pathetic. Hope they get caught and they and their parents pay the price.

Well, it's pretty easy to figure out who did it........ now you should be able to prove it by putting those leads together and having the cops verify where all the kids were at that point in time if there are certain one's more likely to have done it to follow up on.

Anyways, these people should be put away...In my school, just one gun threat in the boys bathroom, and we have people watching you when you use the bathroom, 24 hour surveillance, and police guards everywhere.

Sorry to hear about your buddies. I remember high school and people vandalizing each other's cars. I am fortunate that no one ever touched my car. I was just unlucky enough to get bird crap on my car almost everyday. It was always the same time too-- After lunch when the seagulls ate the scraps and decided to fly over the parking lot.

 

Damn, what kind of school do you attend? When I was going to school, we never played pranks like throwing water ballons on people before. That by itself is unthinkable for me. Now, the vandalism as well is just another outrage. We had vandalism on cars in my school before, but it is usually because one person has a beef with another person. Students in my school never just did things like that for the heck of it. You did it because you had a beef with someone. Otherwise leave the inocent students out of it.

I'm still a believer that if you don't start crap, chances are people will not do crap to you or your belongings. It seems your school has a history of pranks and eventually things get out of hand. If someone threw a water ballon on me in school my fist would have gone through his face. That would have been my reaction when I was a kid and a senior in HS. Today, I wouldn't dare do anythingl like that for fear of getting shot and killed. Can't trust anyone today.

 

they took it way too far. Pranking is one thing, but doing it to hurt someone or damage property is a different thing. I really hope they catch those that did it so they can pay to have all the cars repainted

 

Sorry big about your friends cars.. That very unfortunate and your lucky they didn't attack your car.. Vandalism just gets under my skin when hearing about it.. Why would someone with any common sense destroy your property.. But than again i guess the punks don't have any common sense.. I never did that stuff growing up.. I appreciated others property not wanting to vandalise it.. Unfortually, this type of mischief is never going to end.. GL..
