Well hey, at least no one died or got hurt (that's assuming that no one got hurt, of course, which I hope is true). It doesn't even look like the airbags deployed, though.
And drivers' ed in the US focuses on safety and awareness, which I would hope teaches people not to do dumb stuff. I think situations like this show a massive failure in terms of imparting the lesson that is intended to be taught.
