Default "Red Devil" - 1800 hp Mosler MT 900-S by Nelson Racing!!

Nelson Supercars & Mosler Mike have developed the world’s most powerful car. 1800 HP with only 2500 lbs of car, making 1.4 pounds per horsepower. We have redefined what performance is. 800 more horsepower than a Bugatti Veyron with 1630 lbs less weight. Applying maximum traction to the tires and progressively adding power with each gear. The NRE Mosler 900 uses dual fuel technology, driving up to 1150 HP on 91 octane and automatically switching fuel systems above 13 PSI of boost which enables over 1800 HP. 1710 ft lbs of torque. Cockpit controlled power at a touch of a button from 600 to 1800hp.

i sort of expected better 0-60 and 1/4 times from a 1800 hp 2500 lb car

Well it probably has some serious problems putting all that power down even on slicks...

Wow! I'm not surprised at all about the 0-60 numbers with traction being an issue. You know this thing is fast though with that 9 second and 160mph quarter mile time.

Well when Car and Driver Magazine tested the Mosler MT900 (a previous model) they said
The
MT900 accelerates quicker, brakes harder, and corners sharper than a Ferrari 360 Modena, and "slaps around" a Lamborghini Diablo 6.0.
