Grill looks weird to me ...+2 I second that. Alot of their new cars have this weird grill incorporated, and I can't seem to figure out why they are sticking with it. Personally I think it's Hideous.

I guess it is all about going big and bold.. :)

In my opinion it is uglier than the current one. Probably another good news for Tundra.

Looks like crap sitting near a Tundra or Ram. Definately a step back in styling from the current one. I agree with others about the grill. :thumbdn: Not a smart move for the best selling vehicle on earth.

Side looks unchanged, and the front end looks unnecessarily overstyled.

Not a fan of the giant chrome grill either, and the side profile looks very similar to today's model (which I own) but there's a lot of other info that factors in such as the interior, the engines, the capacities, the packages, and the price.

it's not bad but, I dislike the grill too. I think it's because it looks like an electric shaver :p

And the F-150 inherits the Navigator "Cheese-shaver" grille. Great way to add the parm to my spaghetti.

Tundra's a great truck though although the interior is horrible.

Looks like their just cutting some corners and updated the current gen similar to that with the Expedition, Escape and Explorer with their recent updates. I don't believe it's a full redesign.:confused:

These loyalists will by whatever Ford and Chevy build and that's why they lack. They don't have to be that good.

Ram and Tundra should be far and away the sales leaders especially with the 09's if sales were based on real criteria and not a loyalist buying decision.

its tradition... but at the same time, it is losing market share year after year.

By the time next Tundra hits, I doubt F150 will do more than 500k sales per year.

Oh I know its just a redesign. But it just doesn't stand out to me like the ram and tundra.

I think the old rams look much better then that. Ford seems very repetitive with their trucks to me.

Some nice new features there. :thumbup:

The rear fold down step has been available on the new F-250 so I'm glad they've brought it to the F-150 - handy feature. And the cargo 'dividers' and flip out 'retainer' thingy are all useful.

The first of the new pics there with the blue body color framed bumper and black center looks good to me. The all chrome one looks ok to me on silver but too 'blingy' on anything else. I guess it's a trim level.

Hopefully it will have a 6 speed auto now too.

Our '04 F-150 will likely be with us for several more years, but we'll definitely consider another one when the time comes.

I still would take a 2002-2003 F150 over any of the new bodystyles :thumbdn:
