In Canada, a smart fortwo passion cabriolet starts at $21,250 (as you can see on that screenshot). Factory options include - leather ($750), met. paint ($430), add'tl instruments ($160), alarm ($210) and foglights ($145). That's it.
The rest are just accessories that they added to bump up the base price (like all the BRABUS stuff - handbrake, pedals, carpet mats, steering wheel [$1,250!!] and I'm sure they also put rubber mats and carpet mats so apparently their car comes with 3 types of floor mats).
Gotta differentiate between options and accessories!
