Several trim and content changes are incorporated on the Z06. They include:

* New, "spider"-design 10-spoke Z06 wheel available in four versions: Sparkle Silver, Competition Gray and chrome
* Color-keyed door and instrument panels with red and titanium interiors
* Power-operated pull-down hatch now standard
* Gray stitching on Ebony base seats (previously red)
* New door sill plates with the Z06 logo
* Acoustic package standard on all Z06 models

The Z06 also receives a larger-capacity dry-sump oiling system. It upgrades to the 10.5-quart (9.9 liters) system of the new ZR1. The previous oil system held eight quarts (7.5 liters).

The popular museum delivery option (RPO R8C) remains available for all Corvette models.

I'm just not a fan of the C6 design, cannot wait to see what they do with the C7's.

I like the color and the wheels especially. Usually after 2 years of being on the market, Corvettes bore the heck out of me.

This car is awesome and I love this color...looks like a lighter shade of SGM on the 2IS.

Its aight. Kidding, That is the kind of car I would look out from inside my house and say "oooh Yeah" to myself.

Nice tastful updates. I had a chance to ride in one not too long ago, and it is a blast! Nothing like a 500+HP V8......................alright, maybe a 500+ V10 or V12 isn't so bad either :thumbup:

New wheels look similar to those on the GT3.

I'm not a fan of the fact that the new 08 c6 Vettes have similar wheels to the 06-07 Z06's, though the Z06 wheels are MUCH better looking than those on the 08 C6's.

Most VIPER guys hate Corvettes, but I love the Z06. With wheels and loweing those fenders look sooo hawt.

yea i hate how people have to been a vette guy or a viper guy.. i love them both!!, id probably take the new viper over this tho.. too many vettes runnin around

Interesting, but I'm surprised to hear they added the acoustic package which was intentionally left out for weight savings. I guess they figured saving 40 pounds wasn't worth the extra noise? Same for the electric hatch assist... that's extra weight and in my opinion not weight well spent... at least not nearly as well spent as some extra noise control.

I especially like how the Z06's v-8 has been making about as much power as the Viper's v-10. I really thought it was going to be a displacement war for years to come until they announced Vipers will not be produced anymore.

Vette is one of the better looking cars I think
