LOL. It was the new E500. It was really nice. Fully loaded. It came with a black dude, but he kept on getting pulled over.

I took pictures of my gs, clk, and my dads cl. ill post when developed. cl is a really nice car. basicly a 2 door s class, but for some reason, it looks and feels nicer.

Jmai, do you mean projectors or HID? Because to my knowledge, the CLK didnt get projectors until the W209 bodystyle appeared (the new body).

Rich said in 1998 it was a option, but I think he meant HID, just to let you know:D

I would almost agree with this :) I like this ALOT... I don't like red but I could live with it... I still don't like the front, but over all its very nice and I would live with it :) LOL

I hate to say it, but the new CLK (W209) doesn't have the same classic styling of the older one (W208). Just my opinion, the newer one looks nice when fully modded (wheels, suspension,aero) but stock vs stock the W208 takes it!!
