New Gas saving device!

Has anyone seen this? (Or purchased one) It's been going round the internet to email addresses
as the new technology to save gas, by increasing your gas mileage up to 27%.
This appears to be more of a quick money gimick scheme.

lol gotta love the bike........and that last comment from ChrisFL def. agree with that one.....esperically if you get road rage and you tend to floor it around moron drivers.
