Benz does it red despite body color too.

Had mine painted red - glad I did it. Considered blue and black, but went with the red against my starfire pearl - it adds a nice touch to the overall look of the car.
If you want it to stand out a bit and go for the sportier look, red/blue/orange...if you want it to be nice and subtle, paint it a black or match it to your car's body color. Nice ride btw!

I happen to be partial to yellow calipers as on my V.
However if your planning to keep your OEM wheels, and your car basically stock, I would paint the calipers in either black or silver and add the Lexus logo as shown in the pics. IMO this would add a nice finishing touch to your already good looking GS. Since your car is the Luxury / Permium model I feel these colors would look good on it. Again, IMO.
