I have wanted to do this now for over a year and had no clue it had already been done! Either way I am still going for it as I think it looks really classy. I have a few ideas of how this could be accomplished but did not think it was possible to have it look so OEM like this individual's immaculate car. Any ideas or tips?
Molding would be ideal but that is out of my skill and price range (unless someone knows a skilled individual in RI/MA area). I was thinking about taking a VIS V Speed rear bumper, fiber glassing over the exhaust ports to make it smooth, then having a professional cut symmetrical holes for the ls460 tips. Does this seem realistic/practical?
Lots of cars these days have the LS460 tips. Muffler shops are able to throw them on there. Just depends on your vehicles look to be able to pull it off correctly.
