Alright guys, it's time for some fun twisty roads action. For those that missed it last time, here's your chance to have some fun and for those that came out last time, you know the drill.

 

This was a lot of fun last time. Unfortunately there is a Toyota meet that day out here in Rowlett on the lake and the battle of the imports is going on. I will not be attending. Have fun guys.

 

The Toyota lake meet is on Sunday and the Battle of the Imports is gonna be too hot to attend. I wanted to go to the Battle of the Imports event but after a couple of days in the heat is too much. It's gonna be like 120 degrees outside on that concrete/ashalt jungle.

 

No battle of the imports?

 

I wanted to go but don't feel like sitting around in that god awful heat all day long. I've been outside all week long and i've got a taste of that heat already. I'd rather be driving anyways.

 

Night time drive then? Interesting. Actually I take that back the sun dont set till 9 =D.

 

It's gonna be sunny and hot but as long as you keep that right pedal down it's gonna be alright.

With my not 100% tranny i would hate for it to give out in the middle of no where guess i'll ahve to make the next one.

 

tow straps? bring the stocker out lol see what i can do haha. We will make 5 minute intake mod on the thing and 2 minute exhaust bam lol.

 

Wow, no one wants to come out and play some? I'm telling you, this is the really fun. So far it's gonna be myself and about 8+ others from DI. Got a good mix of cars coming out, including a couple of Skyline GTR's, STi, Evo, etc. Don't let me be the only Lexus car out there. Come on guys.

I will see if I can go or feel like going lol. It was a fun drive though for those that missed it gotta go. Are they running the same course again? Gonna go to C/C in the morning the BOTI for a few hours in the afternoon lol.

 

I think the route is gonna be a little different since we're meeting up at the last stop from the last drive.

 

You're killing me with this one. You know the driving events are the ones I like the most, and this route/area is already proven as FUN.

Unfortunately, we're committed to a party going on Sat. evening, but if I get the slightest hint that the party ain't happening, I'll be racing up there to meet you guys!

Folks, these drives are worth what little gas money they consume. There's no better way to enjoy your car, than to take it out and do what's it's meant to do - DRIVE real roads- rather than sit in a daily commute .

 

I woulda joined but not with my tranny not shifting when going from 2-3rd under boost i just didnt wanna chance it. Sounds like a fun run though.
