Quixx Scratch Remover For Wood Trim And Exterior Paint.
I recently tried this quixx system for removing scrathes from paint, and it worked relatively well. I noticed that I am starting to see scratches in the wood on the console of the car. I bought a seperate kit for acryllic glass, and plastic, and it says it ideal for wood interior kits with a clear coat. Has anyone else heard of this product or used it. I will try it out soon on the wood trim and will let you guys know.

I agree. If its one you can feel its pretty much permanent. I would try going to the body shiop on your own. The dealership is probably getting a cut. I tried the quixx scratch remover on my console . It has lots of fine scratches. I will be able to tell tommorrow in the sunlight wether it worked.

I8abmr, let us know how that quixx system work out. I have a few scratches on my center console too. I cant believe how easily the wood scratches on the GS, the only thing I wipe it with is lab. grade tissues.

i recently ordered quixx scratch remover too. well basically what happened was that i covered my car on a windy day like a fool, and the wind pulled the cover off and left veryyyy light scratches on top near the sunroof. lets see how quixx works.

I tried it on the interior wood panels. and it worked very very well. It removed at least 75% of the scratches. The directions say to use the product 2-3times and I only did it twice. I will give it one more shot

For scratches on the wood trim, I would recommend Nexus 3 step.
It works great on headlights, I would recommend using #2 & #1 since #3 might be a bit abrasive.
I’ve had great results with Nexus restoring pitted plastic headlight lenses. (wet sanding for 1000 grit all the way down to Nexus #1.
