Do these come already cut to fit our particular car? If not what is the additional cost to have them cut?

We do offer to cut your key to fit your vehicle at no additional cost. We also, however, require proof of ownership of the vehicle.

got this from Cl in another post but should work.

Enter the car with a working pre-programmed key and close all doors.
-Simultaneously depress and release both the brake and the accelerator pedals.
-Within 5 seconds, insert the working pre-programmed key into the
ignition. Do not turn the key.
-Within 15 seconds of inserting the ignition key, depress and release
the accelerator pedal 5 times.
-Within 20 seconds, depress and release the brake pedal 6 times.
-Within 10 seconds, remove the working pre-programmed key from the ignition.
-Within 10 seconds, insert the newly cut transponder key into the ignition.
-Depress and release the accelerator pedal one time. The security
light should now begin flashing to indicate that the computer is
reading the new key and programming the system.
-Leave the new key in the ignition for at least 60 seconds. When the
security light stops flashing, the programming process should be
complete
-Start the vehicle using the new key to verify that programming was successful

The promo code 909RK allows CL members to receive a 21% discount on all the applicable keys shown on the chart above.

When ordering a key, you will be given the option for having your key "cut" or "not cut". There is not an additional charge for such as this is simply a service we provide with our keys.

Upon receipt of your key, you will need to program the key for it to function properly. To program the key you must have your Lexus present at the time of programming AND have at least one of the original master keys.

If you do not possess a master key of any kind, you will need to contact Lexus at 800-25-LEXUS for possible assistance to provide you with additional keys.

Should anyone find themselves in a position in which an engine computer needs to be "flashed" we can too provide this service. When purchasing keys, we do not charge for flashing the computer. By flashing the engine computer, this clears all pre-existing key codes to allow a new code to be saved.
