Default Do any of you find your IS300 brakes noisey

When I am braking from around 50 mph to a stop, when i get near 25 mph i can hear a humming noise and then the noise peaks (gets loudest) around 15 mph then dies back down. It sounds like a humming/grinding noise, like there is surface rust on the rotors but in this cars there is none. The dealer says its the tires, but i don't believe them...

i've never had a problem like that in either of my IS'. when u have enough open space, you can try braking really hard to get rid of the top layer on the brake pads... that might help, but might not. do u feel the steering wheel wobble at all when braking??

I think im hearing the same noise, i think it might be a problem with the abs prematurely kicking in. Have you found a solution to your problem? if so let me know

Mine does that too. I think it's from the tires not the brakes.
