Lexus for $30K to $40K

NX 300

The cars in this price range are still bargains. The price of an average new car today is about $45K. So, for less than that you can get yourself some great deals. You can get a legendary SUV as well as a basically brand-new crossover.

2015 – 2021 Lexus NX 300

This feels like cheating, but technically these are used vehicles. You can land a nearly new Lexus NX 300 for this price. Some of these will still have some original factory warranty left on them. There are hundreds to choose from with less than 20K miles. These are barely broken in and ready to be pressed into daily driver duty.

2013 – 2015 LX 570

How about a legend for less than 40 grand? You can get the LX 570 with between 50K to 125K miles on it. All the space, luxury and capability that you could ever need. And these things will last forever. And people are always looking for them, so they always have value. If we were spending our own money we would be looking really hard at the LX 570.

In 2019, he became a certified driving instructor for the National Auto Sport Association. His love for all things four wheels has never wavered, whether it's driving some of the best cars in the world on the racetrack, tackling 2,000-mile road trips in 2-seat sports cars or being winched off the side of a mountaintop in a Jeep. Writing for the suite of Internet Brands Auto Communities sites, including Rennlist.com, Ford Truck Enthusiasts, 6 Speed and more allows him to share that knowledge and passion with others.
