From the darkness of the Black Line trim, to the hyper-limited Fuji Speedway Edition, the 2021 Lexus RC and RC F will rock your world.
Lexus fans seeking a high-performance coupe without the high price the LC 500 commands have the next best thing: the Lexus RC and RC F. Whether it’s the 311 horses of the base RC 350, or the 472 beasts from the naturally aspirated 5.0-liter V8, there’s an RC for everyone’s desires.
Thus, it’s only fitting Lexus kicks things up a notch or two with the RC and RC F lineups. Here’s what they did for 2021.
Riding the Black Line
Those seeking a little something special from the RC 300 and RC 350 F Sport machines have a new trim to consider: the Black Line. The new F Sport-based trim comes in either Ultra White or an all-new Cloudburst Gray, accented with 19-inch wheels in black chrome. There’s also a sport-tuned exhaust to open up the inline-four or V6, silver stitching, and Haliburton luggage to go with the trim, limited to just 350 examples worldwide.
Cameron Aubernon's path to automotive journalism began in the early New '10s. Back then, a friend of hers thought she was an independent fashion blogger.
Aubernon wasn't, so she became one, covering fashion in her own way for the next few years.
From there, she's written for: Louisville.com/Louisville Magazine, Insider Louisville, The Voice-Tribune/The Voice, TOPS Louisville, Jeffersontown Magazine, Dispatches Europe, The Truth About Cars, Automotive News, Yahoo Autos, RideApart, Hagerty, and Street Trucks.
Aubernon also served as the editor-in-chief of a short-lived online society publication in Louisville, Kentucky, interned at the city's NPR affiliate, WFPL-FM, and was the de facto publicist-in-residence for a communal art space near the University of Louisville.
Where do you go for answers when you have a Lexus with a gorgeous leather interior but are not sure about how to maintain that luxurious look? The "Club Lexus" forums, of course.
