Killer Lexus IS F Build Packs Laundry List of Mods

It’s not like the Lexus IS F isn’t an incredibly cool car in its own right. But as we’ve seen time and time again, Club Lexus members are fully capable of taking these awesome rides to the next level. But this amazing 2008 Lexus IS F, owned by Gearbangin and currently up for grabs in the Club Lexus Marketplace, might just be the best of that excellent bunch. And that’s really saying something, but this is certainly a special car.
Heck, this Lexus IS F was a special car even before the owner starting wrenching on it. It is, in fact, a very rare Neiman Marcus Edition, one of just 50 built. To that solid base, the owner began adding a laundry list of mods while also maintaining it meticulously. It all begins under the hood, of course. There you’ll find goodies like an RR Racing intake, PPE headers, and an RR Racing oil cooler. Throw in a resonator delete and Magnaflow muffler, and the combo is good for 424 hp and 404 lb-ft of torque at the wheels.
With extra power comes the need for extra handling and braking performance, of course. And this Lexus IS F is up to the task thanks to BC ER coilovers, Megan Racing control arms and toe links, and front and rear sway bars. It all rolls on Wes Sport wheels wrapped in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup 2 tires covering Figs Competition 2-piece rotors.
The interior and exterior of this Lexus IS F are no less stunning than the mechanicals, too. A host of aero parts adorn the exterior flanks. Meanwhile, the interior features EVO seats, a roll bar, and lots of Alcantara. Altogether, this Lexus IS F is easily one of the nicest and most complete builds you’ll ever see.
