If you’re looking for another reason not to pro-create, this 2001 Lexus IS 300 pro drift car makes a very strong case.

“Just what does a drift car have to do with babies?” You may be asking. Well, the seller apparently just had himself a newborn, and now he’s looking to get out of the drift game and into sacrificing for his family.

We know this because he’s currently selling his first baby on Craigslist for the low, low price of $19k. Not that I really know if this is a deal or not, but considering he supposedly put a total of $34k into the car, the math seems to tilt that way. Especially if it’s true that the “like new” car has only been “driven twice” and dynoed for a “few hours.”

All that impressive work’s been done by Animal Auto, a “drift service factory,” according to their Instagram account. Like the car itself, they’re based in Montclair, California.
