Lexus Dealership Attitudes Reign Supreme
You know what doesn’t get old? Lexus dominating the NADA Dealer Attitude Survey, as its done for the last three years, through six survey cycles.
And if it does get old, then maybe NADA — the National Automobile Dealers Association — should just do away with the biannual survey, because it doesn’t seem like anyone else can touch Lexus. Although Toyota did follow closely in second place!
Not only did both Lexus and Toyota score highest in the overall survey, they also bested the rest as far as considering dealer input on “matters such as product, product quality concerns, and advertising programs,” according to Automotive News.
Besides being another opportunity to showcase why Lexus reigns supreme, the survey is more-so intended to facilitate discussions between dealerships and manufacturers. Which is also the point of NADA as a whole. And honestly, who knows better than the dealers what customers want?
In order for that to work optimally, the dealerships must participate in the survey. And the willingness of Lexus dealers to work with NADA and participate in the survey is a big reason for the marque’s success with the organization. Indeed, this year, Lexus dealerships outscored everyone else with 89% completing the 2016 winter survey.
