Lexus LC 500 Performance Pack Lands in Member’s Garage

For us, there’s nothing more satisfying than the feeling you get from a new car. A fresh, shiny, defect free ride your neighbors are sure to be jealous of. Especially when your new car is as stunning a thing as the Lexus LC 500. One of the more gorgeous cars to come from any manufacturer in recent years. If you’re lucky enough to pick up one of these bad boys, you’d better be prepared for the onslaught of attention you’re going to attract.
But, fielding dumb questions from the non-car enthusiast public is incredibly annoying. You’ll probably hear things like “Is that a Porsche?” or “Does it have a Hemi in it?” Ridiculous, we know. So, in between meeting up with your more knowledgeable buddies, where do you turn? To the Club Lexus forums, of course! It’s here that you can post up pics of your new ride, kick back, and enjoy some atypical intelligent feedback.
And that’s exactly what forum member uchujin did after bringing home his shiny new Lexus LC 500.
“Just drove it home this week. Every dealer in MA had this same color combo, but not with the Performance Package. To my surprise, a nearby NH dealer had this fully loaded LC 500 on the showroom floor for less than 2 weeks, and they applied a $6834 discount! They said that was invoice price. Sounds about right to me(?). Thank you Nigel at Ira Lexus of Manchester!

Color us jealous. But like a true Lexus enthusiast, the OP couldn’t leave his gorgeous new ride exactly as it rode off the showroom floor.
“The only non-LED lights I could find were the visor vanity bulbs. I upgraded those to LEDs (4th pic).”
Feedback from the forum was obviously glowing. I mean, who doesn’t like these things? “She is a beauty. Exterior and interior colors are beautiful,” said DocT. GeorgeR somehow managed to takes his eyes off the car for a minute. “Congrats on the new car!! And really nice walkway by the way!” As did premier3IS, who remarked “Congrats. Nice license plate lol.”
And for those looking for a similar car and/or discount, our members have some invaluable advice, too. “Sweet ride! And great job on the discount. It pays to go a bit far from big cities to get better deals. My dealer still won’t budge from MSRP,” Magellan55 says.
“If you don’t need the Performance Package, and you don’t mind driving one (or trucking one) home from MA, they don’t seem to be moving here,” uchujin adds. “The same inventory (no Performance Package) has been on the dealer lots for weeks. And with Summer just about over, I imagine they’re eager to make a deal.”
