Lexus LX Conquers the Hills of the Gunma Prefecture
One of the major reasons behind Lexus’s unquestionable success — second perhaps only to the quality of the products — is the marque’s ubiquitous media presence. You’ve likely seen a ton of commercials, promotions, and sponsorships, but have you seen Lexus’s own digital journal, Beyond, By Lexus?
The journal focuses on design and craftsmanship from around the globe. Which, of course, are two skills that Lexus has built an empire around. So it’s pretty eye-opening to see where Lexus’s eye is drawn to, as far as subjects covered.
One of their most recent subjects is the revamped Lexus LX. Which makes sense, as what could better show off such skills than the newly refreshed Lexus LX 570 conquering the mountains of Japan’s Gunma Prefecture? After all, the LX is an elite luxury ute that combines “urban comfort with serious off road credentials”? Also known as design and craftsmanship.
While the article does a beautiful job of highlighting such attributes in the LX — as you can see in the photos below — the digital journal itself isn’t all about cars. There are interesting reads on architecture, art, music, and anything else that requires extraordinary design and craftsmanship. Check it out, then let us know what catches your eye.
