Lexus Plows Into Boost Mobile
Wow, people are just clamoring to get the latest deals at Boost Mobile these days. Or at least they are in Houston, where one woman didn’t even have time to get out of her Lexus before plowing inside the store.
Okay, that’s not exactly how the story goes. You’re right. No one is that interested in Boost Mobile.
All kidding aside, check out the security cam footage below, which shows a Houston woman losing control of her Lexus and crashing through the front of the store, mere feet from an unsuspecting salesperson.
According to KHOU: “The driver apparently had problems with her brakes. Witnesses said she got down on her knees and thanked God she wasn’t hurt.”
Yes, thank the lord nobody was hurt. But shouldn’t she be thankful she didn’t kill anyone else too? Maybe she’s thankful for that now, but she sure takes her sweet time getting out of the car to see what kind of havoc she hath wrought. Or perhaps she was in shock upon launching her Lexus into the store. However, you’d think it would be the other way around.
Can you imagine being that sales clerk? Just sitting there, minding your own business, when suddenly the whole store lurches inward? She appears to have kept her cool though, as she seemingly continues the phone conversation she’s in the middle of. Impressive.
