Lexus Racing at Chuckwalla Valley Raceway

2016 Lexus-00322

The weather was perfect. The track was nearly empty. The cars were simply amazing. It was a great day for a fast ride and while the Lexus RC F is my current Lexus de jour, the slightly heavier, four-door GS F is no slouch on the track. Both cars are a blast to drive at ridiculous speeds if you are so inclined.

Lexus recently treated a number of  lucky guests to an afternoon of hooning at the Chuckwalla Valley Raceway in Southern California. The 2.68-mile long track with 17 turns is the perfect place to test the F series rides.

No cars were harmed during the day’s festivities but a number of tires were destroyed well beyond recognition.

Check on the mega photo gallery below to see the rides in action.
