2005 Lexus LX470

Make this December one to remember with a one-owner LX470, which spent all of its life in the warm Florida sun.

We’re only a couple of weeks away from opening presents under the Christmas tree, and checking out a new Lexus with a big red bow in the winter snow! And what better way to make this December one to remember than by checking out our Club Lexus Marketplace! Our all-new marketplace has everything you need, from parts, to new-to-you rides looking a good home, all from our Club Lexus forum members.

Recently, we happened upon a special ride guaranteed to make everyone’s Christmas bright: a one-owner 2005 LX470 which spent its entire life in Southwest Florida. We couldn’t help but get the word out!

“This garage kept Blizzard/Tan LX was bought new by me in December 2005 from Southwest Florida Lexus dealer,” said the seller, Club Lexus forum member HotRod2. Since then, he’s kept up on the LX470’s maintenance to be able to rack up the 152,000-plus miles over the past 14 years.

Such maintenance includes a fresh set of Michelins from Costco, new brake pads and rotors to stop them, and a new timing belt and water pump to (eventually) move them. The interior was kept in tip-top shape with the help of a local upholstery shop, plus some panels, and the console lid.

There’s a lot to take in with this LX470. Fourteen years of memories were made in this big SUV, all while the world changed in ways great and terrifying. The high-quality Lexus is known for, plus the maintenance invested into the rig, helped make those memories possible, and will help make future memories with its new owner just as enjoyable. It’s wild to know that by the end of the decade to come, this Lexus will be a classic.

The Florida-based seller is asking $18,500 or best offer for the LX470. That’s definitely a steal of a deal.

Of course, if it’s not your deal, there are still plenty of Lexuses ready to find a new home at our Club Lexus Marketplace, where at least one could be the one for you. Why not see what we have today, tomorrow, and forever?
