New Gen 2016 Lexus RX Global Debut Seductively Teased

This is not a joke: Lexus is officially debuting the all-new, game-changing RX mid-size luxury utility vehicle at the New York Auto Show on April 1, and we’ve got the gorgeous photo above to prove it.

Seriously, even though the debut of the fourth generation RX is going down on April Fool’s Day, this is not a joking matter.

Would the good folks at Lexus PR go to all the trouble of putting out a press release stating the all-new 2016 RX will debut at the 2015 New York International Auto Show? Would they spend all that money so perfectly lighting the scantily clad rear of the sweet new beast? Would they go to all the rigmarole of producing the powerfully seducing commercial below?

Please, April Fools is going to have to pick another day, that’s how no joke Lexus is about launching the latest, greatest generation of the RX, the market leader that’s been defining the CUV category for the last 17 years.

The fourth generation RX will make its global debut at a press conference in the Galleria at Jacob Javits Convention Center on Wednesday, April 1 at 9:10 a.m. EDT. The press conference will also be streamed live athttps://new.livestream.com/LexusInternational/NY-2015.
