Hell Bent for Leather: New Lexus Ad Touts Interior’s Toughness

By -

We hope you don’t put your Lexus interior in this amount of danger.

Now, Lexus isn’t saying you should strip the leather out of their cars to create a superhero-level strength suit, but you could! In a new Lexus ad hyping the high-quality leather in its vehicles, an actor in a dark leather suit is shown being exposed to a variety of different extremes, and guess what? The suit looks great after!

Judging by the clip, Lexus drivers can pretty much throw everything and anything at the leather interior without consequence. Take a lion for a ride? Sure! Worried about what might happen if you have a quick fire in your passenger seat? Don’t be. It’ll be fine!

Lexus Ad - Leather

All kidding aside, the minute-long video is a great way to get the point across that the leather in a Lexus is not to be doubted. It’s strong, looks great and, perhaps above all, it’s going to last. For those who drive luxury cars, this is a huge selling point. When you purchase a new Lexus, the buyer shouldn’t worry that the slightest scratch is going to leave a mar in the seat.

However, if you still want to become a superhero, that leather suit might be a good first step!
